Agreement and Release



       In consideration of my being allowed to participate in the
       Research Triangle Outdoor Volleyball League (hereinafter
       "the League"), I hereby assume all the risks and liabilities
       incident to my participation in the League.  On behalf of
       myself, my heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators, I
       further waive and release all sponsors, supervisors,
       organizers, managers, agents, and employees of the League,
       those property owners who provide their facilities for
       League activities, and my employer from any injuries which I
       might incur in the conduct of League activities and
       transportation to and from such events.  I further agree to
       indemnify and save harmless all sponsors, supervisors,
       organizers, managers, agents, and employees of the League,
       those property owners who provide their facilities for
       League activities, and my employer form any injury or damage
       to other persons or property arising out of my conduct or
       participation in League activities.


       I certify that I understand that volleyball is a rigorous
       activity and has potential for injury.  I further certify
       that I am physically fit for participation in the League and
       agree that its sponsors and organizers are under no
       obligation to obtain a physical examination for me or any
       other evidence of my fitness prior to my participation in
       League activities.  I understand that no insurance coverage
       is provided by the League or its sponsors.
